Take a garlic clove and start cooking! You’ll be cooking with what we like to call “The Gods’ Ambrosia,” whether you’re roasting garlic for a lovely garnish or using it as a basis for vegetables.
⚡ Take the garlic breath challenge
We simply made this up, but it’s the most delightful challenge you’ll ever face. Include fresh garlic in all of your daily meals! No one will kiss you all day, but that’s good since you’ll be eating well at every meal. (Plus, who was going to kiss you anyway? (Just being honest.)
⚡ Be adventurous
Incorporate garlic in an unusual way. Learning about the many flavor characteristics of garlic is part of the pleasure! Garlic ice cream, garlic rosemary almonds, garlic lollipops, garlic truffles—the list goes on and on. We’ll be in garlic paradise if you need us.
