📜 History of National Live Fearless Day

Fear is a painful feeling triggered by an anticipated threat, the sense of an adversary, or some personal peril. It is the mental state that precedes the fight-or-flight reaction. Fear can also be a reaction to physical pain or discomfort, as well as the unpleasantness of an emotional state like worry. It can have a variety of physical consequences, including increased heart rate and muscular tension, faster breathing, constriction of blood vessels, dilation of pupils, and acceleration of metabolism. Some people perceive dread as an unpleasant feeling that causes agitation, while others may experience fear as a general discomfort rather than a specific emotional state.
In 2020, Landry Champlin established National Live Fearless Day. The idea is to motivate people to overcome their anxieties and achieve their aspirations. Landry founded the organization after witnessing several people around her who were reluctant to follow their aspirations due to fear. She was sick of watching people die young, so she was determined to do something about it.
